Design, Engineering & Methodology
Duration: Between 4 and 8 weeks
This is where your project takes shape — not only architecturally, but also technically.
What you do (with your architect or ours):
Define your needs, lifestyle, and design vision
You design your Moonline Homes, freely or starting with our inspiration models
You apply for a construction permit (average delay: 2 months, depends from the local authorities procedures)
What we do:
Deliver structural studies, engineering drawings, and construction details
Provide a complete Technical Specifications & Methodology Report, including:
Construction system guidelines
Material specifications
Coordination principles
Performance targets (energy, structure, etc.)
Provide an initial cost framework

STEP 3
Planning, Cost Control & Coordination Setup
Duration: 4 weeks
Before construction begins, everything is clearly defined to avoid surprises.

Confirm final design and specifications
Select your preferred delivery approach
What we do:
Prepare a detailed QS-based cost breakdown
Finalize execution drawings for construction
Define construction phases and timeline
Establish the coordination structure:
Project manager / architect

Step 4
Construction & Moonline home Shell Delivery
Duration:
Between 6–8 weeks (including manufacturing & assembly)
At this stage, construction begins on your plot following a defined schedule of works and the Moonline methodology.
While site preparation and foundation works are progressing, your Moonline Home is being prepared for delivery.
What we do:
Manufacture your Moonline structural shell based on final approved drawings
Coordinate with the construction team according to the project schedule
Deliver all components to your site once foundation works are completed
Coordinate and supervise the assembly with trained teams
Ensure correct implementation through engineering supervision

STEP 5
Fit-Out, Finishing & Completion
Duration:
Between 1 and 3 months
Once the main structure is completed, the project moves into the final construction and finishing phase.
This is where your home is completed according to your selections and specifications.
What you do:
Confirm final finishes, materials, and design details
Select elements such as flooring, sanitary ware, colors, and interior details
What we do:
Coordinate or support all finishing works
Ensure execution follows the drawings, specifications, and QS agreement
Monitor quality, materials, and installation
Includes:
Electrical & plumbing systems
HVAC installation
Interior finishes (floors, walls, ceilings)
Exterior finishes and final details
