Depending on its progress and your expectations, we put you in contact with local companies: architects, builders and project manager or builders authorized to do design, follow or build with Moonline home constructive system. Different types of contract exist. You can always hire your Architect and we will work with him.
Step 2
CONCEPTION
Duration: Between 4 and 8 weeks
What you and your architect do:
You define your project taking into account the environment, your wishes and your constraints
You design your Moonline Homes, freely or starting with our inspiration models
You apply for a construction permit (average delay: 2 months, depends from the local authorities procedures)
What we do:
We collaborate with architects to make sure plans made are adapted to the Moonline Home constructive system and its environment
We handle structural studies, and construction details.
We establish the final price for Moonline Home structural arch shell.
STEP 3
SITE WORK
Duration: 6 weeks
What you and your architect do:
You select the companies which will build and finish your home
You validate the final quotation
You prepare the site including all the necessary works, following the construction drawings, on a level where the Moonline Home shell and components can be assembled.(foundations, electricity and water connection)
What we do:
We suggest Moonline Home accredited companies if do we know any in your area.
We do the execution plans, specific to the Moonline Home constructive system.
We manufacture the complete Moonline Home shell and all components needed for the assembly of the Moonline Home structural shell.
We deliver the building materials, ready to assemble, on site.
STEP 4
INSTALLATION
Duration:
Between 1 and 2 weeks
Once the foundation work is done, we can assemble your Moonline Home shell.
The company you picked will conduct the work and your architect will coordinate it, while Moonline Home engineers will be on site to make sure that the work is done.
STEP 5
FITOUT
Duration:
Between 1 and 3 months
Once the arch shell structure and frame walls are done, you are now ready to personalized with the finishes you desire. You can do it by yourself, or entrust in a professional.
This final phase includes electricity, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning installation, and all the interior and exterior finishes.
