The creation of new buildings is what is using the most of mother earths natural resources today
THERE IS FIVE WAYS TO SUBSTANTIALLY DECREASE THE AMOUNT OF NATURAL RESOURCES USED:
1. By reusing materials (steel is easily recyclable)
2. Increasing longevity of the buildings
3. Create buildings that will request zero maintenance
4. Make buildings that are more energy efficient in both production and usage
5. Use less materials in general
We make sure to implement all of the above mentioned factors when we plan and create our structures.
We believe we can make a substantial impact on the environment by providing a much more sustainable alternative to concrete buildings in particular.
HISTORY
Moonline Homes was created from a clear vision:
to rethink the way homes are designed and built.
In 2012, engineer Andreas Perendes founded Perendes Technologies with the ambition to introduce a new generation of construction systems based on engineering precision, efficiency, and innovation.
Over the years, this vision evolved into the development of advanced arch steel structural systems, now used across Greece, Europe, and the MENA region.
